Although you don’t need any specific qualifications to become a business administrator, like with many other positions, certain skills are helpful when looking for a job. So, what classes do you take for business administrator? Typically, when you consider a career as business administrator, you can consider the: 

  • Certificate III in Business. This certification will equip you with the skills necessary to maintain business resources, deal with customer complaints, be more efficient with business operations, and many more. 
  • Certificate IV in Leadership and Management. This certification will give you the skills you need to communicate effectively, implement operational plans, and prepare financial reports. In simple terms, it gives you foundational leadership skills that are vital in any business.
